噴砂房是我公司在蜂窩地板技術的基礎上，自行開發、設計的環保型蜂窩式噴砂（丸）房，可按客戶的產品特性、噴砂要求等設計制作。蜂窩地板噴砂房是利用風機的風力為動力，將磨料通過回料管道吸送到旋風分離器中進行分離，最后進入噴砂系統循環利用。

具備以下的的優點：

1、省去了常規噴砂房砂料輸送煤循環系統的螺旋輸送機，斗式提升機以及地下工程，不需建造地坑，節約了地基施工費用，大大節約了工程成本；

2、爐料回籠率高，以便清換爐料；

3、關鍵電器組件均主要采用進口報關商品，具備能穩定好用，健康安全好用，使用的耐用度長，維修保養十分簡單；

4、噴砂房室體內有高清晰的能見度，室體自然補風，節約能源消耗；

5、該機運用冷凝機組濾塵處理，首級運用風暴剝離器，2.級用燃油濾清器式濾塵處理體統，其總濾塵處理速度電動車續航99.99%之內；

6、在噴砂房正面房頂上部，配有“聲光報警系統”，在噴砂房內，配有急停呼叫按鈕；

7、各體統自動掌握選擇互鎖掌握，當在這當中一體統發現錯誤碼時，關聯體統均開始上班，噴槍開始輸送；

8、房體選擇工程建筑裝飾品設定，外表清新淡雅、漂亮、標準，隔音降噪效率好，且施工便民。
